Due to all of the options and variations of the 4T65E as well as any other automatic transmission as of now we are leaving our ordering system as it has been the past few years. We feel this is still the best method for us the seller and you the customer to assure you that you are getting the correct parts that you need for your repair or rebuild rather than use a checkout page system which can result in ordering wrong parts or uneccessary parts. As always we suggest contacting us first if in question about any parts you need to make the correct repair.
We will try to keep this section updated often and if there is something you need that you dont see please let us know and we can help you out. Until we complete this section you may see missing prices or descriptions and we will try to update everything as soon as we can.
Please let us know if you wish to pay with a Credit Card, PayPal, or Certified Check so we know which type of invoice to send you.
-All of our invoices for Credit Card type payments are generated through PayPal in the form of an Email-Invoice. We do not personally handle any credit card information so PLEASE do not give us your credit card information!!!!!
-All NON-Credit Card or PayPal type invoices are created by us and we will email a copy of the invoice to you if you choose to send in a payment in form of Cash, Cashiers Check, or Certified Money Order.
-We REQUIRE to have the following information before creating the invoice so we can include a shipping cost.
-Name
-Shipping Address
-Contact Phone Number
-Email OR PayPal Address
-Year / Make / Model of vehicle
We cannot send you an invoice unless we have all of the above information.
If you choose to make a payment either with a Credit Card OR with a PayPal account we will send an Email Invoice through PayPal directly to your Email or PayPal address.
You are NOT required in any way to have a current PayPal account to send us a payment!!! The invoices are created and sent through PayPal as a safe and secure method to send a payment for an order, so please do not feel obligated to set up a new PayPal account if you do not already have an existing one as again this is not required in any way. If you do NOT have a PayPal account we simply need an email address that you want us to send an invoice to. If you DO have a PayPal account and want to use this to send a payment we will need your PayPal address to send an invoice to. PayPal will send an email to either address with a link to click on which takes you to a sign-in page for existing members, again not required, or simply to a page which provides you with a detailed invoice and payment options. This is a very simple payment option with easy to follow steps. Again we do not personally handle any Credit Card information and all payments of this form will only be handled directly through a Paypal Email-Invoice.
ALL orders ship out with one of our invoices included for your record and ours. You can also print a copy of the PayPal invoice for your records and also to have the transaction number for your payment. All parts orders generally ship out with 24-48 hours by UPS Ground service to US 48 states. USPS Priority is another service we offer and typically for smaller orders and also International shipping.
For ANY Transmission rebuild payment must be made in full before we will begin working on it!!!
ALL PARTS RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE!!!
SHIPPING WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED ON ANY RETURN!!!
IF YOU ARE PLACING AN ORDER FOR A REBUILT TRANSMISSION YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AFTER PAYMENT IS RECIEVED, OTHERWISE THERE WILL BE A 5% INCONVINIENCE FEE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND!!!
