 We finally have added some parts to this page!  There currently is no checkout option and all orders will be handled through email.  This is due to a number of reasons and the main reason being safety and security, also making sure the parts you order are the correct parts that you need.  If there is something that you need and dont see please ask us, we have or can get near any part for these transmissions!  Please send ALL order requests to  Dave@tripleedgeperformance.com   . 
These emails will be continually monitored and responded to as quick as we can!  All parts orders generally ship out with 24-48 hours by UPS Ground service to US 48 states.  International options available also.  Paypal payments are preferred but we can arrange for other options though it may take longer to recieve your orders.  If you are unsure of what you need PLEASE email us to make sure you are getting the correct parts for your model!
 4T65E "Overhaul" Kit  $69.95   An Overhaul kit includes all necessary seals, gaskets, o-rings, sealing rings, lower pan gasket, and some general info sheets.  These kits do NOT include a new side cover gasket! These kits are made by TransTec.
   4T65E "Banner" Kit  $139.95 A Banner Kit includes everything from an Overhaul Kit and also includes all friction plates needed as well as 2nd and 3rd gear molded pistons.  We only use Borg Warner frictions in our transmissions and that is also what we sell.  Please specify year needed as there are a few differences. 
   4T65E "Master" Kit $159.95 A Master Kit includes everything that the Banner Kit includes but this kit also adds new steel plates to complete the clutch plate package.  Often the steel plates are manufactured by Raybestos by will vary from time to time.  Again we will need to know trans model year to make sure plates are correct.
4T65E Upgraded Valve body $349.95 Our rebuilt valve bodies are a great addition to any rebuild or to replace a worn out one that is causing problems.  After they are carefully cleaned and inspected they recieve upgraded TCC valves made by Sonnax, new boost valves from Transgo or Sonnax depending on build, all new solenoids featuring Borg Warner PCS and TCC solenoids, and a tested or replaced pressure switch manifold.  Valve body casting code required!  A $100 core fee applies unless you send your existing one in for repair.
4T65E Channel Plate $124.95 The channel plates that we sell have been cleaned, inspected, new Sonnax TCC blowoff valve installed, new axle seal, and new input shaft sleeve installed.  We also offer a recondition service for your existing channel plate for $49.95 that includes the above mentioned parts and is a great compliment to a reman valve body.  Casting number required!
7/8" Single Chain Upgrade kit $294.95 The stock dual chain setup works great but once you start making power above the 300whp mark and make frequent track passes, especially with slicks, they will fail and break which leaves you stranded.  These single chain conversion kits use a Borg / Morse HyVo 7/8" chain and estimated ratings are 400-450 WHP.  Higher WHP levels than that really need to upgrade to the GM Racing 1" chain set
4T60/65E High Performance Custom Stall Converter $574.95 When an upgraded torque converter is required, especially on turbocharged cars, this is the answer!  They are based on a 245mm body and rated to aprox 650 HP.  These torque converters are all custom ordered and built for YOUR car and combo so the stall speed is what YOU want, not an advertised number.  Proprietary lockup clutch material designed specifically for PWM TCC lockup systems for proper operation and long life. Please contact us with vehicle info. These converters have a 2 year warranty!
4T65E Accumulator Body Gasket $9.95 When installing a shift kit in these transmissions you are required to remove the accumulator body and dissassemble it and this gasket is between the two halves.  Though it often can be reused it is best to replace to avoid any leaks and the possibility for low pressure and lazy shifts
  4T65E Side Cover Gasket $64.95 This gasket doesnt always need to be replaced and as mentioned above is NOT included in any rebuild kits.  If your orginal one is in good condition than it is fine to reuse, using your best judgement of course!
4T65E Channel Plate Gasket Set $9.95 This is a set that includes a new upper and lower channel plate gasket and required for channel plate replacement.  These gaskets are the latest revision to address a gasket blow out problem. 
New Channel Plate Input Shaft Sleeve $19.95 The sleeve in the channel plate is a very important part that the sealing rings on the input shaft seal to for proper torque converter fluid flow.  Often the teflon sealing rings will wear into the sleeve and can compromise fluid flow and add to TCC problems.  These sleeves require a press to remove and install properly.
  4T65E Thrust Washer Kit $24.95 This is a complete thrust washer kit that includes 4 plastic washers, 2 teflon coated washers and one steel washer.  There are a few different kits dependant on trans year so please specify when ordering
  4T65E Bushing Kit $29.99 This is a complete bushing kit to replace any or all worn bushings inside the transmission.  There are a few very common wear points and often the entire kit isnt required but is cheaper to buy this way.  We offer individual bushings as well.  This kit also includes a new torque converter bushing.
  4T65E Gemini Dual Chain set $69.95 These are the latest chain sets available by Borg Warner and is an OE replacement set.  The 4T65E uses two narrow chains and both are included in this new chain set.
  4T65E Hardened 4th clutch hub $59.95 This is a new aftermarket 4th Clutch hub/shaft.  The spines on the end are heat treated to prevent them from wearing and stripping out which is a very big problem in these transmissions.  GM started using heat treated shafts around 2003, so if your trans is older it will not have this and will need it!
  4T60E/4T65E Filter     $10.95 New filter that should always be replace when rebuilding a trans, or just for standard servicing.  Generally an SPX Filtran part but will vary from time to time.
4T65E  Forward Band $44.95 This is the band that sits all the way at the bottom of the case when the trans is apart and applies in forward ranges.  On occasion the band may break and cause no forward movement in Drive range.  These bands are new Borg Warner High Energy style bands and work in all 97+ 4T65E model transmissions.
4T65E Reverse Band $44.95 This band applies for reverse operation and is the first band that sits just under the driven sprocket support.  In appearance is identical to the Forward band but is slightly larger and the lugs are spread apart much farther.  These bands are new Borg Warner High Energy style bands and work in all 97+ 4T65E model transmissions
4T65E Manual 1-2 Coast Band $14.95 This band only applies when the shifter is in manual 2 or 1 range and is used to aid in engine braking.  These bands are new Borg Warner High Energy style bands and work in all 97+ 4T65E model transmissions
  4T60E/4T65E Input Clutch Piston    $47.95 This price is for a new OE part.  This is bad in almost every trans and should be inspected upon dissassembly!  The inner sealing surface wears and can cause no movement in drive.  We also offer reconditioned used pistons for $19.95
4T60/65E Input Drum to Sun Gear Bearing $6.95 This bearing is replaced in all of our rebuilds regardless of condition.  It can cause whine noises under certain conditions and and takes a lot of load due to its size and location so is always a good idea to replace during a rebuild
  New 4T60E/4T65E Input Sun Gear $39.95 This is another commonly worn piece in these transmissions.  The teeth on the gears will pit over time, some worse than others, and this can cause planetary gear failure and noise.  These are aftermarket pieces and are direct replacements for the originals.
4T60/65E Lube Dam $3.95 This part sits between the two planet gear sets / carriers inside the transmission and purpose is to throw lube oil to the gears.  This often gets brittle with age and can break.  Also if you are removing the output shaft and dont take off the snap ring on the end you risk breaking this part and that requires complete trans teardown to replace!
  Used 4T65E "HD" Supercharged differential $189.95 These are used but completely dissassembled, inspected, and reassembled assuring they are in excellent usable condition and not on their way out.  A great upgrade to add to a NON - HD trans for added reliability.  Also requires special HD output shaft, housing, and passanger axle.
  Used 4T60E/4T65E Standard type differential $149.95 These are used but completely dissassembled, inspected, and reassembled assuring they are in excellent usable condition.  There are a number of different gear ratio and reluctor wheel combinations and must be noted when ordering.
  OE Stator support / Drive Sprocket Bearing $7.95 This bearing always gets replaced in our rebuilds.  If bad, which it commonly is, it will make a whine noise like a bad power steering pump.  This is an OE GM part
  Reluctor Wheel / Input speed sensor wheel $14.95 The pricing is for a new OE part but we also have good condition used ones for $10. This is another common problem part.  There are three pressed in pins that get hammered on a lot from loose clearance in the drive sprocket  and will come loose over time and can make a loud rattling noise.
  4T60E/4T65E Shift Solenoid $19.95 These are new OE parts and we always replace them good or bad in all of our rebuilds.
  Pressure Control Solenoid/ Force Motor $47.95 These solenoids are the root cause to many problems in the 4T65E and should ALWAYS be replaced!  We use the latest ones from Borg Warner in our rebuilds.  These work from 97-02, 03 and up solenoids cost a bit more at $59.95 and are also BW parts.
  TCC PWM Solenoid $31.95 Though not a real common problem part it is a good idea to replace these also during a rebuild.  We use the latest Borg Warner desined parts here also.  A bad TCC solenoid can cause lockup all the time from 2nd-4th gear, or it can cause no lockup at all.
  Sonnax TCC Apply Valve Kit $34.95 This aftermarket TCC apply valve replaces the stock piece and has been upgraded in several areas.  A bad valve can caues code P0741 and no lockup, this one is designed to work well in valve bodies with wear.  They can be rather difficult to install so only experienced users should buy these.
  Sonnax TCC Regulated Apply Valve Kit $56.95 This valve and sleeve replaces the stock arrangement altogether and REQUIRES a special reaming tool kit.  If the stock one is bad/worn it can cause excessive TCC slippage and lockup codes as it allows TCC pressure to bleed off. CANNOT be installed without special reaming tool kit!!!
  Sonnax Reamer Tool Kit for above TCC Regulated Apply Valve Kit $249.95 This is the necessary reamer tool kit that is used to install the above TCC regulated apply valve kit.  Includes necessary reamers and instructions to install the new valve.
  Sonnax Converter Relief Valve $4.95 The last part to make a complete Sonnax TCC lineup.  This valve replaces the stock relief ball that is in the channel plate.  It was redesigned to allow TCC overpressure occur at a lower pressure than stock to prevent the TCC clutch from destroying the converter body
  LubeGard Kooler Kleen $12.95 When not replacing your stock cooler or radiator it is mandatory to flush out your stock one to get out any contaminents that may end up in your new transmission.
  Hayden TranSaver Transmission Cooler $49.95 We have used these coolers for years in everything from small cars to large tow vehicles and dump trucks.  They are rated at 26,000 GVW and greatly help keep trans temps down and also help the fluid and trans live longer.
  Transgo SK4T65E Shift Kit $59.95 We have been using these Transgo shift kits since they came out for the 4T65E and they really help to keep shifts shorter and not sloppy as most stockers feel.  There are some rebuild tips and a few upgrade parts included as well as new accumulator springs and spacers.
  Transgo SK4T60E Shift Kit $59.95 This is a MUST have kit for any 4T60E!  Greatly improves / corrects TCC problems in this trans!  It also includes helpful rebuild tips and a few upgraded seals for the trans during a rebuild.  Definately a great kit and we have used hundreds of them over the years.
  Transgo SK4L60E Shift Kit $59.95 This is a really thorough kit for the 4L60E that upgrades TCC operation to ON/OFF to prevent converter slippage and overheating.  LOTS of adjustability and makes the trans work nicer.  We install them in every rebuild.
